Tufcote 2.8 HG is decorative, extremely high-gloss,
abrasion-resistant vinyl toluene (VT) alkyd topcoat intended for use by
engineers and manufacturers of a wide variety of products. The
exceptionally fast dry feature of Tufcote 2.8 HG makes an ideal coating
for use in high production painting. It is available in clear and a wide
selection of colors and tint bases. It is primarily designed for spray
application. It may be applied to metal, fiberglass, or most rigid
materials.

Suggested Uses

As an economy coating for use on
properly prepared metal, fiberglass and rigid substrates for oil
production tools, disposal bins, grates, valves, barricades, lockers,
garden tools electronic enclosures, switch boxes, and storage bins where
the following attributes are desirable:

• Extremely fast drying
• Strong adhesion
• Easy to spray
• Improve efficiency by speeding up production
• Stocked in well-known industrial colors
